Riding at Hakim Stable in Shah Alam was more than just an outdoor activity it was a reminder of balance, discipline, and harmony with nature. The early morning breeze, the golden light reflecting off the water, and the calm energy of the horses created a perfect space to reset the mind and refocus the spirit.

When I ride with zeal, we embrace not only the excitement of the journey but also the lessons it brings patience, courage, and awareness. Every moment spent in the saddle teaches us something new about leadership, empathy, and the quiet strength that comes from trust.

There are moments that remind us why we do what we do and this was one of them.

My former student, Lossiny, facilitated a deeply moving Breath Energy Workshop for the children of Sudanese Modern School, guiding them through simple practices to release anger and embrace calmness. Alongside Mdm Rozita, we also conducted a Train the Teachers Program to empower educators with emotional wellness tools that help them support their students with empathy and care.

Many of these children are refugees, carrying stories of struggle and strength. Watching them smile freely and seeing teachers connect with genuine warmth reminded us that education heals when it comes from the heart.

To witness Lossiny’s transformation from student to facilitator is a blessing; proof that when we teach with love, our lessons continue to live on through others. 💛
