#hadithonhorsesSunan an-Nasa'i 3563It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah said:"Horses may bring reward to a man, or they may be a means of protection, or they may be a burden (of sin).As for that which brings reward, it is a man who keeps it for the cause of Allah and ties it with a long rope in a pasture or a garden; whatever it eats or drinks in that pasture or garden will count as good deeds for him. If it breaks its rope and jumps over one or two hills, its footsteps" -and according to the Hadith of Al-Harith, "its dung will count as good deeds for him. If it passes by a river and drinks from it, even though (its owner) did not intend to give it water from that river, that will also bring him reward. If a man keeps a horse in order to earn an independent living and avoid asking others for help, and he does not forget his duty toward Allah with regard to their (the horses') necks and backs, then they will be a means of protection for him. If a man keeps horses out of pride, to show off before others and to fight the Muslims, then that will be a burden (of sin) for him."The Prophet was asked about donkeys and he said: "Nothing has been revealed to me concerning them except this Verse which is comprehensive in meaning: 'So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant) shall see it. And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant) shall see it.'"#murshidahsaid #murshidahsaidsharing
The true measure of your impact isn’t found in titles, awards, or achievements it lives in the way you make others feel.Every interaction leaves an impression, and every moment presents an opportunity to inspire, uplift, and lead with intention. The way you show up for others defines more than your success it defines your influence.Your presence, values, and integrity shape how people experience working with and learning from you.Let your actions speak with authenticity and let your character define your reputation. Long after conversations fade and memories blur, people will remember how you treated them.Make your impact meaningful. Make it memorable. Make it matter.

#archeryastherapyMany who practice archery experience reduced stress & anxiety through rhythmic breathing.Archery improves emotional regulation by managing adrenaline and frustration. You also get sharper mental clarity as attention shifts to the present moment.Archery also can give a sense of achievement that strengthens self-worth.It becomes a meditative state in motion — ideal for people who struggle with traditional mindfulness practices. On the field, archers learn something profound about themselves:
You can’t force a shot. You have to feel it. You have to trust the process. You have to release.
And that mirrors life.Letting go of tension, perfection, expectations… this is therapy in its own way.#murshidahsaid #murshidahsaidsharing #loveandrespect #spreadloveandrespect

The Power of Giving in Corporate Culture: Driving Success Through Generosity

In today’s highly competitive business landscape, organizations are constantly looking for ways to improve their productivity, enhance employee satisfaction, and create a positive work environment. While traditional business strategies focus on financial performance, market growth, and customer satisfaction, an often-overlooked but powerful tool for organizational success is the power of giving.

Giving, in the context of corporate culture, refers to a mindset where generosity, kindness, and a focus on the well-being of others become integral parts of how a company operates. From charitable initiatives to fostering a collaborative environment, the act of giving has the potential to revolutionize corporate culture and drive long-term success.

Why Giving Matters in Business

At its core, giving in the workplace is about creating an environment where people feel valued and appreciated. When businesses prioritize giving—whether through supporting employees, contributing to communities, or creating an inclusive atmosphere—everyone benefits. Here’s why giving matters:

  1. Strengthens Team Collaboration: Companies that promote a culture of giving often see stronger teamwork and collaboration. When employees are encouraged to share knowledge, offer support, and contribute to one another’s success, it fosters a sense of unity and collective purpose. This collaborative spirit often leads to higher levels of innovation and problem-solving, as employees work together to achieve common goals.
  2. Builds Employee Loyalty and Engagement: Employees who feel that their company cares about their personal growth and well-being are more likely to be loyal and engaged. Acts of giving, whether it’s providing career development opportunities, offering flexible working conditions, or supporting a healthy work-life balance, contribute to job satisfaction. This, in turn, leads to increased productivity and lower turnover rates.
  3. Enhances Company Reputation: A company that regularly contributes to social causes or gives back to its community often enjoys a strong reputation. Consumers and other businesses are drawn to organizations that prioritize ethical values, and giving helps to establish trust. This positive reputation can be a competitive edge in an industry where customers and partners are increasingly looking for businesses that align with their values.
  4. Increases Workplace Morale: When employees see that their organization is committed to giving—whether it’s through charitable donations, volunteering opportunities, or a supportive and respectful work environment—they are more likely to feel a sense of pride and satisfaction in their work. This boosts morale, reduces stress, and encourages a more positive outlook, leading to a happier and more productive workforce.

The Power of Giving: Real-World Examples

The impact of giving in corporate culture can be seen in the success of numerous organizations. For example, Patagonia, the outdoor clothing brand, has built a strong identity around environmental activism and corporate responsibility. The company donates a percentage of its profits to environmental causes and encourages its employees to volunteer for environmental work. This commitment to giving has not only helped to create a positive public image but also cultivated a loyal customer base and a motivated workforce.

Another example is Ben & Jerry’s, the ice cream company known for its activism and commitment to social justice. Ben & Jerry’s has a long history of promoting sustainability, environmental issues, and social justice causes. This commitment to giving back has allowed them to not only build a strong brand but also attract employees who are passionate about making a difference. Their success story demonstrates how integrating giving into a company’s mission can lead to a loyal customer base, motivated employees, and long-term business growth.

How to Foster a Culture of Giving in Your Organization

Building a culture of giving requires intention and action. Here are some practical steps to help foster this mindset within your organization:

  1. Encourage Employee Volunteerism: Give employees the opportunity to participate in volunteer activities that align with the company’s values. Offering paid time off for volunteering or organizing company-wide volunteer events allows employees to give back to their communities and feel a sense of purpose.
  2. Offer Professional Development Opportunities: Encourage employees to grow personally and professionally by providing training, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement. Investing in employee development not only helps individuals succeed but also contributes to the company’s long-term success.
  3. Create a Supportive Work Environment: A culture of giving also means showing kindness, respect, and appreciation to employees. Recognize and reward contributions, foster open communication, and provide a safe and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued.
  4. Support Charitable Causes: Partner with charitable organizations and contribute to causes that resonate with your values. Whether it’s through monetary donations, fundraising campaigns, or employee-led initiatives, corporate giving creates a sense of shared responsibility and positive impact.
  5. Promote Knowledge Sharing: Encourage employees to share their expertise and insights with one another. Creating an environment where knowledge is freely exchanged fosters a sense of community and strengthens the overall capabilities of the team.

Benefits of a Giving Corporate Culture

The benefits of a giving corporate culture extend far beyond employee satisfaction. A workplace that values generosity and giving:

  • Boosts Employee Retention: When employees feel supported and appreciated, they are more likely to stay with the company, reducing recruitment and training costs.
  • Attracts Top Talent: A positive, giving culture is a strong selling point when recruiting top talent. Job seekers today are looking for more than just a paycheck—they want to work for companies that align with their values.
  • Enhances Customer Loyalty: Customers are increasingly prioritizing businesses that care about social responsibility. A commitment to giving helps to build stronger relationships with customers who appreciate ethical practices.

The Long-Term Impact of Giving

Incorporating the power of giving into your corporate culture is not just about making donations or sponsoring charitable causes—it’s about creating a workplace where generosity, kindness, and respect are foundational values. When employees feel supported, valued, and motivated to give back, the entire organization benefits. As we’ve seen with companies like Patagonia and Ben & Jerry’s, giving is not only good for the soul—it’s good for business.

By fostering a culture of giving, companies can create a positive work environment, enhance their reputation, increase employee engagement, and drive long-term success. In the end, the true power of giving lies not just in the acts themselves, but in the ripple effect they create—an effect that can transform individuals, organizations, and communities alike.
