Back in the big arena again, this time riding alongside other horseback archers. The space still felt powerful and a little intimidating, but I noticed the difference within myself. The fear didn’t disappear but it softened. I felt more steady, more aware, and more in tune with each moment.
It’s a reminder that growth doesn’t always look dramatic. Sometimes it’s quieter less hesitation, more trust, and the courage to return and try again. And that, in itself, feels like progress.

As we leave Ramadan, let`s be consistent in how we give to others.
One of my purpose in my business to create leaders that work on eliminating poverty.
Through one of our refugee community leaders, we gave out food for iftar to families who are really in need.
We sponsored their iftar by getting them to create their own menu that they can distribute to those in need so no one goes hungry.
There are another 250 families identified that we are still aiming to provide groceries packs for Eid and Syawal.

In the blessed month of Ramadan, Sudanese Modern School ( A project supported by Love and Respect Transforms) proudly hosted a special Quran competition celebrating the beauty of faith, dedication, and learning. Students participated in Hafazan, Tilawah, and Adzan, demonstrating their commitment to memorizing and reciting the Holy Quran with sincerity and excellence.
The event created a meaningful environment where young learners could strengthen their connection with the Qur’an while building confidence and discipline.
Guided by dedicated teachers and mentors, the competition highlighted the values of respect, perseverance, and spiritual growth. It was inspiring to witness students support one another while showcasing their talents and devotion. Moments like these remind us that nurturing faith and character in our youth is just as important as academic success.

Practicing the Hungarian Method of Horseback Archery has been an incredible journey for me.
Horseback archery is not just about hitting a target, it is about balance, focus, and discipline. Riding with confidence while aiming with precision requires harmony between the mind, body, and the horse. Every practice reminds me that true control begins with a trained mind.
Through this journey, I continue to challenge myself, learning patience, resilience, and the power of concentration. The Hungarian method teaches that mastery is not only physical but deeply mental when the mind is focused, the target becomes clear.
For me, this practice is about growth, strength, and pushing beyond limits. Every arrow I release is a reminder that with determination and faith in the process, no target is too far to reach.
